Our law firm was founded by attorney Zixian Qi.  She earned her master law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, the oldest law school in the United States located in Williamsburg, Virginia. William & Marry is the second-oldest institution of higher education in the United States.  She earned her bachelor's degree in law from Nankai University located in Tianjin, China.

Zixian Qi, Esq. is admitted to practice law in New York State, The Eastern District of New York, and The Southern District of New York.  She has many years' experience in representing individuals and businesses in real estate transactions, business transactions, landlord & tenant litigations, and consumer law practice.  In the course of her practice, she has learned that every legal problem is unique, and she is providing specialized services that are custom-tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
